Visitors can enjoy the cozy common area with a fireplace. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of activities in the surrounding area. You can feel like a character from a fairy tale, sitting by the crackling fire and indulging in the warmth and comfort.
Difficult public transport access.

my recent stay in borce was lovely, but maison bergoun truly exceeded my expectations. the cute, rustic guest-house was fully renovated yet maintained its charming character. the family-style dinner with other guests was a great way to connect with fellow travelers. the friendly staff, jan and marcella, provided helpful tips for exploring the beautiful region. the location, just a few doors down from the lively bar, was perfect.
Dim lighting in the room.

I recently stayed at a charming accommodation nestled in the beautiful Pyrenees village. The location was fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, and it served as a wonderful base for a longer holiday. The old building had so much character, making it a unique and authentic experience. The breakfast spread was delightful, with homemade fruit juice, walnut bread, yogurt, and local honey. And after a long day of trekking, the hot shower and lovely bath were perfect for soothing my tired muscles. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in the Pyrenees.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Bargain in the beautiful village of Bource. the old farmhouse property was clean, spacious, and full of character. the owners, Jan and his wife, were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English. the bedroom was lovely and the bed was so comfortable, we didn't want to wake up! the breakfast included delicious homemade bread, croissants, cheese, jam. the bathroom was also great with a multi-jet shower. Perfect for walking holidays, the village is set in a stunning location on the side of a mountain. We couldn't have asked for a better find!
Nothing that I didn't like. 🌟

We had a great stay at Maison Bergoun for a week. The Chilean/Dutch couple and their young son are very warm and welcoming and they speak various languages including French, Spanish, Dutch, and English. Nothing is too much trouble and they recommend things to do in the area and lend maps for walking in the Pyrenees. The house is old and comfortably restored and furnished and situated in a pretty peaceful village close to the Spanish border. Breakfast is lovely with fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, ham. You can use the sitting room or make coffee whenever you like.
Do recommend this hotel.
